SYMBOLS

 

The sun's rays hit hard

left its mark;

there love was born

and his herbivorous daughter, the moon.

In this dug earth

daughter and father sowed and reaped

the passion of the people

Fainting and rejoicing

sometimes sad, sometimes smiling they forged

all the desires and the unbearable pain of loneliness.

Their symbols are also embossed

and well-formed, sculpted

on the ivory wheel of spring they sparkle

with the dreams of lovers

and their words of love

as their heart beats

like the bag of love that empties happiness

on their faces and impatient bodies

Their breaths without stopping

like the insatiable clock of the universe,

they push the wind on the paths

of an unexpected immortality.

SYMBOLES

 

Les rayons du soleil frappent fort

laissé sa marque;

là l'amour est né

et sa fille herbivore, la lune.

Dans cette terre creusée

fille et père ont semé et récolté

la passion du peuple

Évanouissement et réjouissance

tantôt tristes, tantôt souriants ils ont forgé

tous les désirs et la douleur insupportable de la solitude.

Leurs symboles sont également en relief

et bien formé, sculpté

sur la roue d'ivoire du printemps ils scintillent

avec les rêves des amoureux

et leurs mots d'amour

comme leur coeur bat

comme le sac d'amour qui vide le bonheur

sur leurs visages et leurs corps impatients

Leurs souffles sans s'arrêter

comme l'horloge insatiable de l'univers,

ils poussent le vent sur les chemins

d'une immortalité inattendue.

ΣΥΜΒΟΛΑ

 

 

Βαρύ το πάτημα της ηλιαχτίδας

άφησε τ’ ανάγλυφό της˙

εκεί γεννήθηκε ο έρωτας

και η μυροβόλος κόρη του, η σελήνη.

Στη σκαμμένη αυτή γης

κόρη και πατέρας έσπερναν και θέριζαν

το πάθος των ανθρώπων

Λυσσομανώντας και αγαλλιάζοντας

πότε λυπημένοι, πότε χαμογελαστοί σφυρηλατούσαν

όλες τις επιθυμίες και τον αβάσταχτο πόνο της μοναξιάς.

Τα σύμβολά τους κι αυτά ανάγλυφα

και καλοσχηματισμένα, σμιλεμένα

στον φιλντισένιο τροχό της άνοιξης αστράφτουν

με τα όνειρα των ερωτευμένων

και τα λόγια της αγάπης τους

καθώς η καρδιά τους πάλλεται

όπως ο ασκός τ΄ έρωτα π’ αδειάζει ευτυχία

πάνω στα πρόσωπα και τ΄ ανυπόμονα σώματά τους

Οι ανάσες τους δίχως σταματημό

σαν τ’ αχόρταγο ρολόι του σύμπαντος,

ωθούν τον άνεμο στα μονοπάτια

μιας απρόσμενης αθανασίας.

ΛΑΜΨΕΙΣ

 

Βρήκα ένα αστέρι

να οδηγεί τους ανθρώπους

στο σπήλαιο των οικτιρμών

και της αναγέννησης

Ένα αστέρι ν’ αδειάζει το φως του

στις καρδιές

μ’ απαστράπτουσα λάμψη

αιώνιας ζωής

Μια παρουσία

μεγαλειώδης στον ουρανό

αεικίνητο

σε όλες τις γειτονιές της οικουμένης

να συνθέτει μουσικές ονείρων κι ελπίδας

Ένα αστέρι που η προσμονή του

κάθε βράδυ

ν’ αγαλλιάζει τις ψυχές

όλου του κόσμου και να τις παρασέρνει

στον φλογερό ποταμό του…
